Just a quick tip about stress and sleep. If you are not sleeping well it’s going to increase your cortisol levels. Poor eating, like too much processed foods only keeps your blood sugar levels too high. This combo will cause you to hold onto fat. But what can you do about this? Well, for me, I was a super stress ball and getting adrenal fatigue and drinking too much coffee to just keep going.
Sleep and Meditation
Meditation is what helped me the most along with USANA supplements and some calming herbs. What you can do is find a meditation that works for you and do it AM and PM. It doesn’t need to be long, just a few minutes. Get to bed before 11pm and don’t use electronics 1 hour before going to bed.
Get Enough Nutrients
Stress depletes nutrients B’s, magnesium, and zinc are the hardest hit. So take your USANA health pak and replenish your body’s nutrients.
So, meditate, eat whole foods, and take your USANA supplements daily. This is the perfect combo to reduce your stress and reduce your muffin top.
