Little Things Matter the Most

“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” ~ Aesop

Love that quote from Aesop. Such a great reminder that sometimes seemingly insignificant things are actually very important. And it is a truth that applies in many areas of life — communication, interaction with other people, and even when it comes to our health.

Take cells, for instance. Our bodies are made up of hundreds of types of tiny cells with even tinier components inside them. Funny that we give so little regular thought to the building blocks of our bodies.

Take a look at this infographic (which would have been great to have handy while studying Biology in school!). It’s amazing how something as tiny as a cell can have so much going on! The least we can do is support the health of those functions, right?
