>Updated Granola Recipe

>I first posted this awhile back and over time I have made alterations to this recipe that I think make it taste much better. Enjoy

Here is the granola recipe:
3 cups rolled oats1
2 cups raw nuts, I mix walnuts and pecans, but you can pick whatever you like
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup coconut oil and butter, melt a little of both to make 1/3 cup
1/4 cup maple syrup

Mix all the dry ingredients and then add the wet. Toss until everything is coated with the oil and syrup. Spread out on a cookie sheet. I use 2. Cook for 1 hour 15 minutes at 250 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
