Try this hydration protocol for 2-3 days to experience what real hydration feels like. Your skin will love it.

Drink 4oz room temperature water every 30 minutes from 7am to 5pm. Make every other drink an electrolyte drink using the following recipe for ice cubes. Freeze the electrolyte water the night before and just put 1 or 2 cubes in your 4oz water, depending on the size of the cubes.

2 cups coconut water
4TBSP fresh squeezed lime juice TBSP fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 TBSP raw honey
1 tsp unrefined sea salt such as pink Himalayan
