Beat Stress and Anxiety

I visit Sanoviv Medical Institute for a detox/retreat annually. Each day you wake up with a view, from your room, of the sun shining over the ocean. You then make your way down to the lobby to meet up for morning meditation and a movement session. Next is breakfast and then on for some soaking in the Thalasso pools and a detoxing sauna or one of several spa treatments you’ll enjoy during your stay. The best thing about this trip? You only need to pack your undies and a swimsuit. Everything else is provided. Yep, I’m serious.
