Green Porridge Breakfast

Have you heard about this recipe called green porridge breakfast? I’ve been wanting to try this recipe from the Blood Sugar Solution Cookbook. I’m always interested in easy, nutritious breakfast options. I wasn’t quite a fan of this one so I changed it up a bit to make it yummier. Give it a try. Enjoy!

Put everything in a blender

1 cup of any kind of milk. I used almond

5 walnuts

1/2 avocado

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 cup fresh, organic spinach

1/2 frozen banana

Blend and pour into a bowl. Top with Keto granola and a spoon of Greek yogurt, and there goes your yummy green porridge breakfast. If you’re not eating dairy skip the yogurt or use coconut yogurt. You can also top with more fruit in season.
