How do you create the vision for your life and don’t settle for less? Well, start with your actions. Do they align with your desires? For example, if you want to fit into a size 6 dress, are your eating and fitness habits in alignment with that desire?
Something better is always out there for you.
I truly believe this and do my best to live in the “trusting the universe” way. Being grateful, in advance, for the life you desire will bring you in alignment with manifesting it. Remember to make it fun. This isn’t a chore of any sort.
Pay attention to your thoughts.
As you go through your day, pay attention to your negative thoughts. Do they loop around in your head seemingly out of control? Don’t go down that path. It’s just like in mindful meditation. Acknowledge the thought, thank it, and let it go. Returning to your breath. When I catch my self in such a loop, I say “STOP” in my mind. Then I take a breath and repeat the ho’oponopono prayer a few times. This will change your energy within minutes, if not sooner.

Start your day with the important stuff.
Your actions will lead to your desired life so start your day with the most important activities. I start my day with meditation, exercise, and a healthy breakfast. Most people put off the important things only to fill their day with easy things. I suggest jump in and get it done. You’ll be surprised how easy it will become to get the hard stuff done and then reap the rewards of your desired life.
