Quick, Easy, and No Fuss

Are you forever searching for a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast or snack solution? You want something more nutritious than coco-puffs, but don’t have time to whip up eggs and turkey bacon. Well, I’ve got the solution for you.

It takes just a wee bit of time to set this up, but once it’s done, you’ve got the perfect breakfast or snack solution for several days.

Fruits, Nuts, and Berries

Start with berries or other seasonal, low-glycemic fruit (stay away from bananas and pineapples). Clean, slice and store them in a container in the fridge. Next, put raw, unsalted nuts in another container. Then flaked unsweetened coconut in another. Seeds such as chia, flax, or sunflower in a forth container. Lastly, put some dried fruit such as cranberries, apricots or currants in a container. You can stack and store them in the fridge.

Easy Portions

When you’re ready for the quick snack or breakfast, portion out 1/2 cup of fruit and nuts with a handful of coconut. Sprinkle the seeds and dried fruit on top. You can enjoy this with whole fat, organic milk or yogurt or non-dairy milk such as almond.

Voila! breakfast and snacks made super duper simple.
