Lime Pudding Shake

Servings: 2


1 cup fresh almond milk or coconut milk
½ medium avocado
1 whole lime, peeled and seeded
1 serving protein powder (plant, rice, pea, whey)
Raw honey to taste (or sweetener of your choice)
Pinch of unrefined sea salt
4–8 ice cubes


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until rich, smooth, and pudding-like.
