I know I’ve shared with you on several occasions about the importance of water and staying hydrated. Well, now I have some ideas about how you can take it to a new level. In fact, nearly every part of your body is dependent on water. Easy Infusion Recipes

Infusing your water with certain fruits and vegetables can add vitamins and minerals—or even just mix up the flavor—to give your water a boost.

  • Combine ½ gallon of fresh water, ½ sliced grapefruit, ½ sliced cucumber, 2-3 mint leaves, ½ sliced lemon, and ½ sliced lime in a pitcher. Let the ingredients steep for a couple hours and then enjoy. Discard the remainder after 24 hours.
  • Combine ½ gallon of fresh water, 1 sliced lemon, 1 peeled and sliced kiwi, and 6 hulled and sliced strawberries in a pitcher. Let the ingredients steep for a couple hours and then enjoy. Discard the remainder after 24 hours.
  • Combine ½ gallon of fresh water with 2 cups of cubed seedless watermelon. Let the ingredients steep for a couple hours and then enjoy. Discard the remainder after 24 hours. (Source: http://bembu.com/detox-water-recipes)
