Serotonin is the key

Quit the Sugar Crave
Along with eating right and reducing sugar with my RESET program you need to add the following things:
1. Exercise
2. Sleep deprivation decreases serotonin and increases cortisol levels leading to weight gain
3. You need full spectrum lights and sunshine
4. Friendships/connections, includes animals (unconditional love)
5. Massage or anything that brings pleasure with a sense of touch, smell and/or essential oils
